The Rainbow's End Chenin Blanc has an intense aroma of white peaches and a hint of pineapple. Tropical fruits, white peaches and yellow apples on the palate. The palate is crisp and fresh with a perfectly integrated acidity and a fruity finish.

After destemming the grapes, the must was left on the skins for two hours while the juice was extracted. Only the first run juice was used. Great care was taken to ensure that the juice was clear before fermentation. The wine was fermented in steel tanks to ensure pure, concentrated fruitiness. Three months of lees contact ensured complexity and longevity.
