La Bri Chardonnay has fresh notes of pineapple, pear, peaches and creamy lemon on the nose. On the palate, the same fruit flavours are complemented by creamy biscuit notes. The finish is long, fresh and elegant.

Vinification:
The grapes were kept cold overnight to preserve the fresh, fruity character during whole bunch pressing. After settling, the clear juice from the coarse lees was transferred to a selection of the best 300 and 600 litre French oak barrels (20% new). The wines underwent a mixture of natural fermentation and selected inoculation in the barrels. After three months of contact with the lees, the wine was racked and matured for a total of 10 months.
Goes well with:
Fish in butter sauce, chicken with white wine sauce, risotto Milanese.
