Vinification:
Using only wild yeasts, fermentation took place over a period of 10 days. The wine matured for 20 months on the lees in 100% new 500-litre French oak barrels.

The Chardonnay harmonises perfectly with dishes such as lobster, prawns, mussels or grilled fish. The vanilla and creamy notes complement the delicate flavours of seafood.
