The Eikendal Cabernet Sauvigon has an appealing nose with hints of cassis, mint and a little pepper. Ripe dark berry fruits, strong tannins and a refreshing minerality on the palate. The Eikendal Cabernet Sauvignon has a fruity, juicy and long finish. With good storage, the wine can mature for at least another 20 years.

Vinification:
The wine underwent malolactic fermentation in a tank and was then transferred to barrels for ageing. The wine then matured for 18 months in 300-litre oak barrels, using 15% new oak.
