In the glass, the Moordenaarskloof Chenin Blanc has a light, pale straw-yellow colour with a delicate aroma of wild flowers and fruit. White peaches and pineapple and a fine minerality on the palate. It is creamy and elegant with a fruity and intense finish

The grapes were harvested by hand in the cool morning hours at the beginning of February. The wine remained on the lees until bottling, which is reflected in the creamy texture on the palate. The wine was made with minimal intervention to reflect the true character of the Moordenaarskloof vineyard.
