The Dornier Malbec has dark berries and plums with hints of violets on the nose. Juicy dark berries and dark chocolate on the palate. The wine is complex and elegant with balanced acidity and a fine tannin structure. The Malbec has a long and intense finish.

Vinification:
This wine was fermented in open stainless steel tanks with regular pump-overs. After alcoholic fermentation, the wines underwent malolactic fermentation, followed by 18 months of ageing in 30% new oak barrels and the remainder in older French oak barrels.
Goes well with:
The Malbec goes well with grilled or braised meat such as beef or lamb. It also harmonises with exotic dishes such as Cajun chicken or empanadas.
