The Dornier Donatus White is full of aromas of white flowers, crisp pears and stone fruit. On the palate, the wine is elegant and fine, with flavours of grapefruit, minerals, peaches and honey. The Donatus White has a wonderful mouthfeel and a fine minerality on the finish. A wonderful underlying freshness gives this wine a special flavour.

The wine matures for 10 months on the lees in the barrel, giving it excellent mouthfeel and richness.
