Vinification:
The sweet, sun-ripened Muscat grapes were harvested by hand in the early morning, crushed, left in contact with the skins for a short time, gently pressed and then fortified with brandy to preserve the full spectrum of aromas and flavours. Matured in stainless steel tanks, a cuvée made from the best of each vintage.
Goes well with:
Spicy Indian or Cape Malay dishes. This Muscat can also be combined with fresh summer fruits, desserts, fine, mature cheese or as a digestif.
