Bright lemon yellow in the glass with a lime-coloured rim. Intense ripe Hanepoot grapes (Muscat d'Alexandrie), pineapple, lemon peel, lychee and winter melon on the nose, mixed with a hint of jasmine, honey and light spicy notes. The palate is deliciously sweet and packed with fresh sultanas, honey, lychee, melon, fig leaves, lemon and lime marmalade, carried by a tangy acidity and lingering notes of citrus peel and subtle minerality.

The resulting Hanepoot was aged for six months in stainless steel tanks before being bottled.
